Concord pricing in 2026, Concord plans, per-user cost and cheaper alternatives

Concord pricing starts at $499 a month for the Essentials plan, billed yearly, with 5 users included. Business costs $899 a month and Enterprise $1,299 a month, also with 5 users each, and every extra user adds $49, $69 or $89 a month depending on the plan. A 10-person team on Essentials pays about $8,928 a year. If you mainly need a contract repository with renewal reminders and e-signature for fewer than 10 people, published plans such as AgreementSoftware at $49 to $149 a month cost a fraction of that.

Concord plans and prices at a glance

These are the prices on Concord's own pricing page as checked in September 2026. All three plans are quoted per month with annual billing, and every plan includes unlimited documents and unlimited e-signatures.

Concord plan Price (billed yearly) Users included Extra user What it adds
Essentials $499 a month ($5,988 a year) 5 $49 a month Repository, AI copilot and extraction, e-signature, collaboration, deadline reminders, amendments
Business $899 a month ($10,788 a year) 5 $69 a month Essentials plus intake forms, approval workflows, custom roles, custom reports, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, Zapier and Slack integrations
Enterprise $1,299 a month ($15,588 a year) 5 $89 a month Business plus clause library, subsidiary management, bulk send, open API, custom branding, volume discounts

Older price lists still circulate. Some marketplace and review sites quote $399 and $699 a month for Essentials and Business, which was Concord's earlier pricing. Budget on the current page, not on a cached comparison.

What Concord actually costs for your team

Because each plan includes 5 users and charges for every additional one, the per-user figure is what moves the yearly bill. Here is the math at list price, billed yearly, before any negotiated discount.

Team size Essentials Business Enterprise
5 users $499 a month, $5,988 a year $899 a month, $10,788 a year $1,299 a month, $15,588 a year
10 users $744 a month, $8,928 a year $1,244 a month, $14,928 a year $1,744 a month, $20,928 a year
20 users $1,234 a month, $14,808 a year $1,934 a month, $23,208 a year $2,634 a month, $31,608 a year

The 5-user minimum matters most to small teams. A company where only two people touch contracts still pays for five, which puts the effective Essentials price near $250 per active user a month. At the other end, a 20-person team that needs approval workflows lands above $23,000 a year on Business.

When Concord pricing makes sense, and when it does not

Concord is a full contract lifecycle tool. It covers drafting from templates, in-browser negotiation, approvals, e-signature and the repository in one product, and reviewers generally describe it as easier to roll out than enterprise suites like Ironclad or Agiloft. That breadth is what you pay for.

  • Concord fits a sales or legal team of 10 or more people that drafts and negotiates many agreements every month, needs Salesforce or HubSpot integration, and wants intake forms so the business can request contracts without email.
  • Concord is more than you need if most of your agreements arrive as the other side's paper, you mostly sign and file them, and the real problem is renewals and notice dates nobody tracks. In that case you are paying for drafting and negotiation features you will rarely open.
  • Watch the tier jump. Approval workflows and integrations start on Business, so a team that needs approvals pays $899 a month before extra users, not $499.

A cheaper alternative to Concord for small teams

AgreementSoftware covers the part of contract management most small and mid-size US companies actually struggle with: a searchable repository, AI extraction of dates and key terms, notice-deadline reminders, approvals and built-in e-signature. Prices are published and seats are not sold in blocks of five.

Concord wins on unlimited e-signature, collaborative drafting and deeper CRM workflows. If you send hundreds of agreements for signature each month or negotiate every contract inside the tool, that matters. If you mostly need to know what you signed and when it renews, our contract management software for small business plans do that for under $1,000 a year for 10 people. Try it on one of your own agreements in the demo at the top of this page.

How to get a better Concord quote

Concord's list prices are a starting point, and the Enterprise plan openly mentions volume discounts. A few things tend to help any SaaS contract negotiation, Concord included.

  • Get a competing quote first. A published price from another vendor is the simplest lever you have.
  • Ask whether the 5-user minimum can drop if only two or three people need access.
  • Negotiate the renewal terms, not only year one. Ask for a cap on the renewal increase and remove automatic renewal, or at least shorten the notice period.
  • Buy at quarter or year end, when sales teams have targets to close.

Whatever you sign, put the notice deadline on a calendar the day the order form is countersigned. Our contract reminder software does that automatically from the signed PDF, which is how teams avoid paying another full year of any tool they meant to review. If the agreements you are moving over are scanned paper, a dedicated AI document data extraction service can pull fields from large archives before import.

How much does Concord cost?

Concord costs $499 a month for Essentials, $899 a month for Business and $1,299 a month for Enterprise, all billed yearly with 5 users included. Extra users cost $49, $69 or $89 a month by plan. A 10-person team pays about $8,928 a year on Essentials or $14,928 on Business at list price.

Does Concord have a free plan or free trial?

Concord does not list a free plan on its pricing page, and all three paid plans are quoted with annual billing. Third-party reviews in 2026 report a 14-day free trial with full features. Ask Concord's sales team to confirm the current trial terms before you start a pilot.

Is Concord cheaper than Ironclad?

Yes, for most teams. Ironclad sells by custom quote only, and buyer data on Vendr puts the median contract near $40,000 a year. Concord publishes prices from $5,988 a year for 5 users. Our Ironclad alternatives for small business comparison lists more options with prices.

What is the difference between Concord Essentials and Business?

Business adds intake forms, approval workflows, custom roles, custom reports and integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, cloud storage, Zapier and Slack. Essentials covers the repository, AI extraction, e-signature, collaboration and deadline reminders. Business costs $400 more a month and $20 more per extra user.

What is a cheaper alternative to Concord?

For small teams that mainly store, sign and track contracts, AgreementSoftware costs $49 a month or $288 a year for 3 users, and $149 a month or $888 a year for 10 users, with AI date extraction and renewal reminders. Other published-price options are compared in our ContractSafe pricing post.
