Is Agreementsoftware a replacement for an enterprise CLM suite?
For a company without a legal ops department, usually yes: it covers repository, templates, clause library, approvals, redline comparison, e-signature and renewal tracking. It is deliberately simpler to set up and priced monthly rather than on a multi-year enterprise contract.
Can I control which clauses the business is allowed to use?
