The notice deadline is computed, not typed
Extraction is the input. The output is the date that actually matters: the last day you can give notice. Agreementsoftware computes it from the term and the notice period, places it on the renewal dashboard and emails the contract owner at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days. Custom obligation reminders cover everything else, such as a quarterly report you owe a customer or an audit right you want to use before it lapses.
Take a $24,000 per year software contract that renews automatically with a 60 day notice period. If the notice date passes unnoticed, the company is committed to another year and another $24,000. Accuracy depends on how the contract is written and on the quality of the file, so we do not promise a percentage. What we do give you is a way to check every value: each field shows the sentence it came from, and you correct it with one edit.
Do you train AI models on our contracts?
No. We do not train AI models on your contracts. Your contracts stay yours, and you can export everything any time.
Can I try the AI before I create an account?
Yes. The Contract snapshot demo on the homepage lets you pick one of four bundled agreements or paste your own contract text, and returns key terms, the notice deadline, a renewal timeline and risk notes. It runs once. There is no free plan; plans are paid subscriptions.
