From the end of the current term minus the notice period in the contract. A 12-month term that ends on March 31 with 60 days notice has a notice deadline of January 30. Alerts go to the owner at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before that date.

For most business contracts, yes. The federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, adopted by most states, give electronic signatures the same legal effect as handwritten ones. A few document types, such as wills and certain court and family law documents, are excluded. Each signed PDF carries an audit certificate with the signers, timestamps and IP addresses.

Signing is one step of an agreement's life. The repository, the extracted terms, the renewal alerts and the approval trail are what a signing tool leaves out. Agreementsoftware includes electronic signature software, and you can also upload agreements signed elsewhere so they get the same alerts.

Starter includes 3 seats, Plus 10 and Pro 40. Extra seats cost $15 per seat per month on the same billing cycle as your plan. People who only sign agreements never need a seat.

Enterprise is billed annually by invoice with bank transfer, and we fill in procurement and vendor forms. Starter, Plus and Pro are paid by card, monthly or yearly.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel from your account. The workspace stays available until the end of the paid period, and you can export everything before it closes.
