Someone has to open it to find out, and usually that someone is the only person who remembers where it is.

AI fills in the key terms
AI extraction reads each contract and fills structured fields: parties, effective date, term, auto-renewal, notice period, termination, payment terms, liability cap and governing law. Every field shows the sentence it came from, and every field is editable. That is what turns a pile of PDFs into a register you can sort by renewal date or filter by liability cap. Search that reads the whole contract
Full-text search runs across every page of every agreement on every plan. Type a counterparty name, a clause phrase or a product name and see the contracts that contain it. On Plus and above, AI clause search goes further: ask for all contracts with auto-renewal and a notice period over 60 days, or all customer agreements governed by New York law, and get the list.
From register to action
A repository that sends you the dates
Because the repository knows the term and the notice period, it computes the notice deadline for each contract and emails the owner 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before it. How to move your archive in
Start with contracts that carry money and renewal clauses: vendor agreements, SaaS subscriptions, leases and customer master agreements. Those produce alerts immediately. Then bring in NDAs, employment and contractor agreements folder by folder. Contracts beyond your monthly extraction allowance still go into the repository and stay fully searchable. What file types does the repository accept?
PDF and DOCX. Each file is stored as uploaded and becomes a contract record with its own fields, owner and version history.
Can we search inside the contracts, not just by file name?
Yes. Full-text search covers every page of every agreement on every plan. Plus and above add AI clause search in plain words.
Is there a limit on how many contracts we can store?
Starter stores up to 500 contracts, Plus up to 2 500, and Pro and Enterprise have no limit.
Can we export the repository if we leave?
Yes. Your contracts stay yours. Export everything, any time: the register goes out as CSV and every original file stays downloadable.
