Upload PDF and DOCX files one at a time or many at once. Every contract becomes a record with its counterparty, owner, folder, tags and status, and the original file stays attached exactly as it was signed.

AI extraction and search
When a contract arrives, AI extraction reads it and fills structured fields: parties, effective date, term, auto-renewal, notice period, termination rights, payment terms, liability cap and governing law. Next to every field you see the source sentence it came from, so checking a date takes one glance instead of a page search. Every field is editable, and a corrected value is the one the alerts use.

Alerts and obligations
The platform computes the notice deadline from the term and the notice period, not just the end date, because the notice deadline is the date that actually matters. The contract owner receives email alerts 90, 60, 30 and 7 days before it.

Templates, approvals and signature
Company templates carry variables such as counterparty, fee, term and start date. Anyone who needs a contract fills in a short form and gets a first draft built from the approved wording. Starter includes 10 templates. Plus and above include unlimited templates and the clause library, where you keep standard clauses and your fallback positions side by side.
Approval rules route a contract by type and value: a sales agreement above a discount threshold goes to finance, a vendor contract above a spend threshold goes to the COO. Approvers comment in the thread on the contract, and every decision lands in the audit trail. Approval workflows start on Plus. Pro adds multi-step and parallel approvals and conditional routing, for example legal and finance approving at the same time, and security joining only when the contract involves personal data.

Send for signature with a signing order and automatic reminders. When the last party signs, the signed PDF with its audit certificate is filed back in the repository automatically, the record updates, and the renewal alerts start counting. Dashboard, integrations and control
The dashboard shows upcoming renewals, contracts by value, contracts by owner and everything expiring this quarter. Every plan exports the contract register to CSV. Pro adds reporting on contract value by counterparty and by department, and a renewal forecast export that finance can drop into the budget.
Pro connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Drive, OneDrive and Slack, and includes a REST API and webhooks, so contract records connect to the deals and accounts your teams already work in, and webhooks tell your other systems when a contract changes status. Plus includes Slack and email notifications and the iCal feed.
Plus and above include roles and permissions per folder: HR contracts stay with HR, board documents stay with the board, and sales sees its own agreements. The audit log records who viewed, edited, approved, sent and signed what. Enterprise adds SSO with SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit log export and custom retention.
