Icertis pricing and Icertis CLM cost from the public list price

Icertis pricing is not shown on the Icertis website, but one official number is public. Icertis's own listing on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace prices Icertis Contract Intelligence at $200,000 a year for 100 users, which is $2,000 per user per year or about $167 per user per month, with multi-year terms of up to $1,000,000 over five years. Negotiated deals land lower: procurement data from Vendr puts the median Icertis contract at $88,000 a year. Implementation is a separate statement of work on top. If your team needs a contract repository with renewal alerts, approvals and e-signature rather than a global CLM program, AgreementSoftware publishes its plans at $288 to $5,988 a year.

Icertis list price on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Icertis Inc lists two public plans for Icertis Contract Intelligence on the Azure Marketplace. We read them from the marketplace catalog in October 2026; the listing was last modified in July 2026. Both are described by Icertis as list pricing for 100 users.

Plan on the listing Term Billing Price shown
List Price (100 users) 1 year Up front $200,000
List Price (100 users) 2 years Up front $200,000
List Price (100 users) 3 years Up front $200,000
Pricing Per User, Annual (100 users) 2 years $200,000 billed yearly $400,000 total
Pricing Per User, Annual (100 users) 3 years $200,000 billed yearly $600,000 total
Pricing Per User, Annual (100 users) 4 years $200,000 billed yearly $800,000 total
Pricing Per User, Annual (100 users) 5 years $200,000 billed yearly $1,000,000 total

The annual billing plan is the clearer of the two: $200,000 every year for 100 users, whatever the length of the commitment. The first plan shows the same $200,000 figure for one, two and three year terms paid up front, and both plans renew automatically. Marketplace list prices are a ceiling for negotiation, not what most customers pay, but they are the only Icertis price the company itself has published.

What Icertis costs per user

At list, $200,000 for 100 users is $2,000 per user per year, or about $167 per user per month. That is several times the per-user price of mid-market contract tools, and it buys a platform built for companies with tens of thousands of contracts across many countries.

The negotiated number is lower. Vendr, which tracks software purchases for its customers, reported a median Icertis annual contract value of $88,000 in 2025 and estimates that buyers can push back on quotes above about $50,000. Review sites such as Capterra and Software Advice show a starting price of $1 per user per year, which is a placeholder in their listing format, not a real price. Smaller user counts are quoted individually, so there is no public price for a 10 or 25 user Icertis deployment.

What Icertis really costs in the first year

Icertis sells implementation separately from the subscription. Configuration, integrations with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, migration of legacy contracts and training are scoped in their own statement of work, and enterprise rollouts usually take months. The scenarios below combine the published list price with the estimates that third-party reviewers such as HyperStart, Signeasy and Spellbook give for the total first-year cost.

Scenario Basis First-year cost
Subscription only, 100 users at list Azure Marketplace annual plan $200,000
Typical negotiated subscription Vendr median contract value, 2025 About $88,000
Subscription plus implementation, licensing and training Third-party estimates of total first-year cost About $100,000 to $300,000
Five year commitment at list, 100 users Azure Marketplace annual plan, billed yearly $1,000,000 over five years

The implementation range is an estimate, not a price list, and the real figure depends on how many integrations, contract types and legacy documents are in scope. Ask for the services statement of work at the same time as the subscription quote, because that is where the gap between the two numbers lives.

What drives an Icertis quote up or down

  • Users. The public list is built on 100 users. Fewer users do not scale the price down in a straight line, and sell-side, buy-side and legal users may be counted differently.
  • Modules and applications. Icertis sells applications for sourcing, sell-side contracting, buy-side contracting, obligation management and risk on top of the core platform. Each one in scope adds to the quote.
  • AI. Icertis builds its AI on Azure OpenAI, branded Vera. Ask which AI features are in the base subscription and which are priced separately.
  • Integrations. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration is listed separately on Microsoft AppSource, and SAP integration is a core part of the Icertis pitch. Each connected system adds implementation work.
  • Contract volume and languages. Icertis says its customers manage more than 10 million contracts in 40+ languages and 90+ countries. Migrating a large legacy archive is a services cost.
  • Term length. Multi-year commitments are the main lever for a lower yearly price, which is why the marketplace shows terms of up to five years.
  • Buying channel. Government buyers can purchase through Carahsoft, which added Icertis to its GSA Schedule in September 2024. Azure customers can buy through the marketplace and count the spend against their Microsoft commitment.

When Icertis is worth the price

Icertis is one of the most established enterprise contract platforms, and the listing names customers such as Airbus, Cognizant, Daimler, Johnson and Johnson and Microsoft. For some buyers, the price is reasonable.

  • Global companies with contracts in many languages and legal entities that want one system across all of them.
  • Organizations that run on SAP or Microsoft Dynamics and want contract data flowing into procurement, sales and finance.
  • Teams that need sell-side and buy-side contracting, supplier obligations and risk scoring in the same platform.
  • Buyers with a Microsoft Azure commitment who can buy through the marketplace and burn down committed spend.

If that describes you, compare Icertis with other enterprise suites such as Ironclad and DocuSign CLM before you sign. After the contract is signed, the payment terms still have to reach the people who pay vendors, and accounts payable automation that matches each invoice to the agreed price and terms closes that loop.

A cheaper Icertis alternative with published pricing

Many teams that sit through an Icertis demo have well under 100 contract users. What they need is every signed contract in one place, the renewal and notice dates read for them, a reminder before each deadline, approvals before signature, and a clean way to send an agreement for e-signature. That is what AgreementSoftware does, with every price on the pricing page.

Plan Price billed yearly Monthly price What you get
Starter $288 a year $49 a month 3 seats, 500 contracts, AI extraction, renewal and notice alerts, e-signature, CSV export
Plus $888 a year $149 a month 10 seats, 2,500 contracts, obligation tracking, approval rules, folder permissions, audit log
Pro $2,988 a year $499 a month 40 seats, unlimited contracts, multi-step approvals, reports, API and webhooks
Enterprise $5,988 a year $998 a month 100 seats, SSO and SCIM, custom retention, SLA

At 100 seats, AgreementSoftware Enterprise costs $5,988 a year against $200,000 for 100 Icertis users at list. There is no implementation fee, AI extraction and e-signature are in every plan, and a team can load its contracts the same day. The storage side is described on our contract repository software page and the deadline side on our contract renewal management software page.

Questions to ask before you sign an Icertis order form

  • How many users does the quote cover, and how are sell-side, buy-side, legal and read-only users counted?
  • Which applications and AI features are in the subscription, and which features from the demo are in a separate module?
  • What does the implementation statement of work cost, which integrations and how many legacy contracts does it include, and who pays for overruns?
  • Is the term one year or several, how far in advance must you give notice to cancel, and is there a cap on renewal increases?
  • Can you buy through the Azure Marketplace or a GSA reseller, and does that change the price or count against an existing commitment?
  • What happens to your contracts and extracted data if you leave, and in what format do you get them back?

How much does Icertis cost?

Icertis costs $200,000 a year for 100 users at list price, according to Icertis's own listing on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Negotiated contracts are lower, with Vendr reporting a median annual contract value of $88,000. Implementation is billed separately, and third-party estimates put the total first-year cost at about $100,000 to $300,000.

Does Icertis publish its pricing?

Not on its website, which asks buyers to request a quote. The only public Icertis prices are on its Microsoft Azure Marketplace listing, which shows list pricing of $200,000 a year for 100 users on terms of one to five years. Smaller deployments are quoted individually, so there is no public price for 10 or 25 users.

Is Icertis priced per user?

Partly. The marketplace plan is called Pricing Per User and is built on 100 users, which works out to $2,000 per user per year at list. In practice the quote also depends on the applications, AI features, integrations and term you choose, so the per-user figure is a starting point rather than a rate card.

How long does Icertis take to implement?

An Icertis implementation usually takes several months. It is sold as a separate statement of work covering configuration, integrations with systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, migration of legacy contracts and training. The timeline depends mostly on how many integrations and contract types are in scope.

What is a cheaper alternative to Icertis?

For teams that need a contract repository, renewal and notice alerts, approvals and e-signature rather than a global CLM program, AgreementSoftware costs $288 to $5,988 a year with published prices and no implementation fee. Its Enterprise plan covers 100 seats for $5,988 a year, against $200,000 for 100 Icertis users at list.
