Sirion pricing and Sirion CLM pricing per user from the public price list

Sirion pricing is not shown on the Sirion website, but the company has published a full price list. In its pricing document for the UK government's G-Cloud 14 marketplace, Sirion charges £95 per primary user a month for Contract Intelligence and £175 per primary user a month for Contract Management, with a minimum commitment of 100 users. That puts the smallest Contract Management deployment at £144,000 to £210,000 a year, roughly $190,000 to $277,000 at $1.32 to the pound, before integrations and implementation. US enterprise deals are quoted individually and may differ. If your team needs a contract repository with renewal alerts, approvals and e-signature for well under 100 users, AgreementSoftware publishes its plans at $288 to $5,988 a year.

Sirion list prices from its G-Cloud 14 price list

Sirion publishes three products in the document, each with a price for primary users and a lower price for casual users. We read the figures from the pricing document Sirion filed on the UK Digital Marketplace, dated January 2026. Prices are in pounds sterling, per user per month, and exclude taxes.

Sirion product Primary user per month Casual user per month Minimum users Contract uploads included
Contract Intelligence £95 £70 100 25,000 new contracts a year
Contract Management £175 £120 100 25,000 new contracts drafted and redlined a year
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) £250 £175 30 Not stated

A primary user has unrestricted access to every module in scope. A casual user is limited to five login sessions a week and a subset of modules. Users above the minimum are billed at the same rates. Buyers outside the UK government framework negotiate their own quote, so treat these as published list prices, not a US rate card. They are still the only prices Sirion has put its name to.

What each Sirion product includes

  • Contract Intelligence is the repository and analytics product. It includes SirionAI auto extraction of contract metadata and clauses for contracts in English.
  • Contract Management adds authoring, negotiation and redlining. It includes the Microsoft Word plug-in and single sign-on through your enterprise directory, and AI extraction during authoring.
  • SRM covers the post-signature side for large supplier relationships: obligation management, service level management with AI extraction of obligations, and a collaboration module. It also includes the Word plug-in and SSO.

All three run on AWS in a multi-tenant setup, with one sandbox and one production instance included. Standard support is 24 hours a day, 5 days a week. Sirion also announced an AWS Marketplace listing in 2023, without a public price in the announcement.

What Sirion costs a year at the minimum commitment

The 100 user minimum is what makes Sirion an enterprise purchase. Here is the yearly subscription at the published rates, with dollar figures converted at $1.32 to the pound and rounded.

Scenario Yearly cost in pounds About in dollars
Contract Intelligence, 100 casual users £84,000 $110,900
Contract Intelligence, 100 primary users £114,000 $150,500
Contract Intelligence, 20 primary and 80 casual users £90,000 $118,800
Contract Management, 100 casual users £144,000 $190,100
Contract Management, 100 primary users £210,000 $277,200
Contract Management, 20 primary and 80 casual users £157,200 $207,500
SRM, 30 primary users £90,000 $118,800

Per user, a primary seat costs £1,140 a year on Contract Intelligence and £2,100 a year on Contract Management, about $1,500 and $2,770. Subscription fees are due up front when the agreement is signed, on 30 day payment terms.

The add-ons on Sirion's price list

The subscription is not the whole bill. The same document lists the extra charges that most enterprise deployments run into.

Add-on Published price About in dollars
Integration with any external system, such as DocuSign or Adobe Sign £10,000 a year per integration $13,200 a year each
Additional instance beyond one sandbox and one production £60,000 a year each $79,200 a year each
Premium support 20% of the total annual subscription fee Depends on the subscription
Implementation and data migration Not in the price list, scoped separately Quoted

Take Contract Management for 20 primary and 80 casual users, add one e-signature integration and premium support. That is £157,200 plus £10,000 plus £31,440, or £198,640 a year, about $262,000, before the implementation project. Third-party reviewers put a typical Sirion rollout at three to six months.

What drives a Sirion quote up or down

  • User mix. The gap between a primary user at £175 and a casual user at £120 is the biggest lever after the product choice. Count who really drafts and negotiates and who only reads.
  • Products in scope. Contract Intelligence alone is roughly half the per-user price of Contract Management. SRM is priced separately with its own 30 user minimum.
  • Integrations. Every connected system, from e-signature to ERP and procurement suites, is a yearly fee on the list, not a one-time project.
  • Contract volume. The published prices include 25,000 new contracts a year. Larger archives and higher volumes are scoped in the quote.
  • Languages. The list assumes contracts in English. Multilingual extraction is a scoping question.
  • Environments and support. A second test or regional instance and premium support each add a fixed or percentage cost.
  • Term. Enterprise buyers usually trade a multi-year commitment for a lower yearly rate, so ask what the price is for one, three and five years.

When Sirion is worth the price

Sirion is built for large companies with thousands of supplier and customer contracts, outsourcing deals with service levels to police, and a procurement or legal operations team to run the platform. For them, the price buys depth.

  • Enterprises that manage big IT, BPO or facilities outsourcing contracts and want service levels and obligations tracked against performance.
  • Procurement teams that want supplier contracts, obligations and performance in one system.
  • Legal teams that draft and redline at volume in Word and need SSO, approvals and a clause library across business units.
  • Organizations with the budget and the people to run a three to six month implementation.

If that describes you, compare Sirion with other enterprise suites such as Icertis and Ironclad before you sign. If many of the contracts on your list are cloud and SaaS subscriptions, tracking cloud and SaaS spend next to the contracts shows which renewals are worth fighting.

A cheaper Sirion alternative with published pricing

Most teams that look at Sirion have far fewer than 100 people who touch contracts. What they need is every signed contract in one place, the renewal and notice dates read for them, a reminder before each deadline, obligations with owners, approvals before signature and a clean way to send an agreement for e-signature. That is what AgreementSoftware does, with every price on the pricing page.

Plan Price billed yearly Monthly price What you get
Starter $288 a year $49 a month 3 seats, 500 contracts, AI extraction, renewal and notice alerts, e-signature, CSV export
Plus $888 a year $149 a month 10 seats, 2,500 contracts, obligation tracking, approval rules, folder permissions, audit log
Pro $2,988 a year $499 a month 40 seats, unlimited contracts, multi-step approvals, reports, API and webhooks
Enterprise $5,988 a year $998 a month 100 seats, SSO and SCIM, custom retention, SLA

At 100 seats, AgreementSoftware Enterprise costs $5,988 a year against £84,000 or more for 100 Sirion Contract Intelligence users at list. There is no implementation fee, AI extraction and e-signature are in every plan, and e-signature does not need a paid integration. The storage side is described on our contract repository software page and the deadline side on our contract renewal management software page.

Questions to ask before you sign a Sirion order form

  • How many primary and casual users does the quote assume, and can users move between the two types during the term?
  • Which products are in scope, and which features from the demo belong to SRM or another module?
  • Which integrations are in the quote, at what yearly fee each, and does that include e-signature?
  • What does implementation cost, how many legacy contracts are migrated, and who pays if the project runs over?
  • Is the price in dollars and fixed for the term, and is there a cap on increases at renewal?
  • How far in advance must you give notice to cancel, and how do you get your contracts and extracted data back if you leave?
