Agiloft pricing at a glance
Agiloft's pricing page offers a "Get Pricing" form and a demo booking, with no figures. These are the numbers you can check yourself, as of October 2026.
| Question | Answer | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Is there a public price list? | No, every deal is quoted | agiloft.com pricing page |
| Public list price anywhere? | $25,000 for 12 months, 20 Power User licenses plus 1 Admin license | Agiloft listing on AWS Marketplace |
| Cost per power user on that listing | About $1,250 a year, about $104 a month | Calculated from the AWS listing |
| Support | Sold separately in tiered plans | AWS Marketplace listing |
| Other license counts | Custom quote from Agiloft sales | AWS Marketplace listing |
| Median annual contract | $67,132 | Vendr marketplace |
| Recorded spend range | $62,629 to $80,344 a year | Vendr marketplace |
| Free trial | None for the CLM platform, demo only | HyperStart and Bind reviews |
| Editions named by reviewers | Essentials, Advanced, Premium | HyperStart, ERP Research |
Third-party estimates for the three editions vary so much (HyperStart puts Essentials near $6,000 a year and Premium above $60,000) that we treat them as rough bands, not prices. The AWS listing and Vendr's purchase data are the two numbers worth bringing to a negotiation.
What drives an Agiloft quote
Agiloft is a highly configurable, no-code platform, and the quote reflects how much of it you configure. Five things move the number.
- Power users. The AWS listing is built on Power User licenses, the people who create, edit and approve contracts. Ask what a lighter user who only views or requests contracts costs, because that split changes the total more than anything else.
- Edition. Reviewers describe AI search and integrations as stepping up from Essentials to Advanced and Premium. Decide which features you would use every week before the call.
- Implementation. Agiloft's flexibility means someone has to configure it. HyperStart's review puts implementation between $5,000 and $75,000, with 8 to 12 weeks for a simple rollout and six months or more for an enterprise one.
- Support tier. The AWS listing confirms support is sold separately. HyperStart reports premium support at 20% to 30% of the annual license.
- Integrations and AI. Salesforce, ERP and procurement connectors and the AI features are scoped per deal. Ask for each one as its own line.
A buyer who brings a defined user list and a written scope gets a tighter quote than one who asks for the whole platform and decides later.
Agiloft cost by team size
The first row uses Agiloft's own AWS price. The others use Vendr's purchase data. The last column is what the same team pays on published plans.
| Team | Agiloft per year | Services on top | AgreementSoftware, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 people who draft or approve contracts | Quote only, reviewers see small deals start in the low five figures | Implementation still applies | $288 on Starter (3 seats) plus 2 seats at $15 a month, $648 in total |
| 20 power users plus 1 admin | $25,000 on the AWS listing, support extra | $5,000 to $75,000 implementation (HyperStart) | $2,988 on Pro (40 seats) |
| Typical Agiloft customer | $67,132 median, $62,629 to $80,344 range (Vendr) | Implementation and premium support | $2,988 on Pro, $5,988 on Enterprise (100 seats, SSO and SCIM) |
A worked example: a 300 person manufacturer has 20 people in procurement, sales operations and legal who draft and approve contracts. On the AWS listing that is $25,000 a year. Add a mid-range implementation of $20,000 and premium support at 20%, and the first year comes to about $50,000. The same 20 people on AgreementSoftware Pro cost $2,988 a year, with no implementation fee. What they would not get is Agiloft's deep no-code configuration of custom objects and workflows.
Agiloft costs to ask about before you sign
- Implementation scope. Ask for a fixed-fee statement of work that names every workflow, template and integration, and what a change order costs.
- User types. Get the price of power users, request-only users and read-only users in writing.
- Support. Confirm which support tier is in the quote, response times, and the price of the next tier.
- Data migration. Ask whether loading your existing contracts and their metadata is included, and who checks the extracted fields.
- Sandbox. Ask whether a test environment is included or billed monthly.
- Renewal cap. Ask for a written cap on the yearly increase. It is much easier to remove an escalator before signature than at renewal.
- Export. Confirm you can export every contract with its fields in a standard format if you leave.
Procurement teams usually run this evaluation next to other tooling on the same budget, such as purchase order management software, so it helps to decide early which system owns vendor records and which one owns the signed agreement.
Agiloft alternatives with published pricing
If the quote lands above budget, these are the tools buyers most often compare with Agiloft. Prices come from vendor pages or recent purchase data, so check before you buy.

When Agiloft is worth the price
Agiloft earns its price at companies whose contract process is unusual: government contractors with custom approval chains, healthcare systems tracking hundreds of contract types, or enterprises that want contracts, procurement requests and service tickets in one configurable database. If you have an administrator to own it and a budget for implementation, the flexibility is the product.
Most US companies with 20 to 500 people need less. One to five people own the contracts, templates cover most new agreements, and the expensive mistakes are auto-renewals nobody caught. For them, contract authoring software that drafts from approved templates and contract tracking software that alerts a named owner before each deadline cover the real risk in a day, without a configuration project.
How much does Agiloft cost?
Agiloft is quote only. Its AWS Marketplace listing sells 20 Power User licenses and 1 Admin license for $25,000 a year, with support extra. Vendr's purchase data shows a median of $67,132 a year and a range of $62,629 to $80,344, before implementation, which HyperStart puts at $5,000 to $75,000.
Does Agiloft publish its pricing?
No. Agiloft's pricing page is a quote request form with a demo booking and no figures. The only list price available to the public is its AWS Marketplace listing for a 20 power user configuration, and any other user count needs a custom quote from Agiloft sales.
How much does Agiloft cost per user?
Agiloft does not publish a per-user rate. Its AWS listing works out to about $1,250 per power user a year, roughly $104 a month, for a 20 user configuration with support billed separately. Smaller or mixed-user deployments are quoted individually.
Does Agiloft have a free trial?
No. Reviews from HyperStart and Bind report that the Agiloft CLM platform is evaluated through a demo and a sales conversation, with no self-serve trial. Tools with published plans, such as AgreementSoftware from $49 a month, let you start without a sales call.
What is a cheaper alternative to Agiloft?
Cheaper alternatives with published pricing include AgreementSoftware from $49 a month, Concord from $499 a month with 5 users, and Conga Contracts from $35 per user a month. If your main need is templates, e-signature, a searchable repository and renewal alerts, a published plan usually covers it.
