LinkSquares pricing at a glance
The LinkSquares pricing page explains what drives the quote but shows no plan prices. Here is what public sources confirm as of October 2026.
| Question | Answer | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Is there a public price list? | No, pricing is a custom quote | linksquares.com/pricing |
| What the quote is built from | Contract volume, users, modules, implementation and onboarding, custom integrations | linksquares.com/pricing |
| Median annual contract | $31,000 across 152 purchases | Vendr marketplace, data as of February 2026 |
| Spend range | $5,999 to $79,200 a year | Vendr marketplace |
| Average negotiated saving | About 27% | Vendr marketplace |
| Implementation | $10,000 to $75,000+ depending on scope | Vendr estimates |
| Yearly price increase | Typically 3% to 7% at renewal | Vendr estimates |
| Main modules | Analyze (repository, AI extraction, reporting) and Finalize (drafting, workflows, approvals) | Vendr, vendor product pages |
A 27% average saving is large. It tells you the first quote has room in it, and that buyers who push back on users, modules and term length usually pay less than the opening number.
What drives LinkSquares CLM pricing
LinkSquares sells a modular platform, so two companies with the same headcount can get very different quotes. These are the levers.
- Modules. Analyze is the post-signature side: a searchable repository, AI that extracts terms and dates, and reporting. Finalize is the pre-signature side: templates, intake, workflows, approvals and e-signature. Buying both costs more than either one. The LinkAI assistant features sit on top.
- Contract volume. Vendr names contract volume as the primary cost driver. A legal team with 2,000 contracts in the repository pays less than one with 10,000.
- Named users. Every person who drafts, approves or searches needs access. Ask for a separate price for view-only and approver seats.
- Implementation and migration. Loading a legacy archive, cleaning the data and building workflows is a services line, and Vendr reports it from $10,000 to more than $75,000.
- Integrations and API. Connections to Salesforce, an e-signature provider or your document storage can be add-ons. Ask which are in the base price.
- Term length. Multi-year commitments lower the yearly price, at the cost of being locked in.
HyperStart's 2026 review estimates that add-ons such as e-signature integrations, API access, advanced AI review and extra seats push the total 20% to 40% above the first quote. Treat that as a third-party estimate, but put each item on your question list.
LinkSquares cost by team size
Vendr does not publish a per-user rate for LinkSquares, so the column below is built from its recorded range and median. Treat it as a planning range, not a quote.
| Company profile | LinkSquares per year (estimate) | Implementation | AgreementSoftware, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small legal team, 3 to 5 users, one module | About $6,000 to $15,000, near the bottom of Vendr's range | Often still a separate fee | $288 a year on Starter (3 seats), $648 with 2 extra seats |
| Mid-size legal department, 10 to 20 users | Around the $31,000 median | $10,000 to $25,000 for a typical rollout | $888 a year on Plus (10 seats), $2,688 with 10 extra seats |
| Both modules, large archive, 25+ users | $50,000 to $79,200, the top of the recorded range | $25,000 to $75,000+ | $2,988 to $4,788 a year on Pro |
For a 10 person team buying Analyze, a realistic first year with LinkSquares sits around $40,000 to $55,000 once a mid-size implementation is added. The same team on AgreementSoftware Plus pays $888 a year with no implementation fee. The gap is worth paying only if you use what LinkSquares adds on top.
LinkSquares costs to ask about before you sign
- Which module do you actually need? If your problem is finding signed contracts and catching renewals, Analyze alone may be enough. Do not buy Finalize for a drafting workflow you will not run.
- Seat types. Get prices for full, approver and read-only users in writing, and lock the price of extra seats for the whole term.
- Implementation scope. Ask for a fixed fee, the number of legacy contracts included in migration and what happens if the archive is bigger than the estimate.
- AI features. Ask whether LinkAI review and extraction are in the base license or priced separately, and whether there is a monthly usage limit.
- Renewal increase. Ask for a written cap. Vendr reports 3% to 7% yearly increases are common, and a cap is far easier to get before signature than at renewal.
- Exit terms. Confirm you can export every contract and its extracted data in a standard format if you leave.
Legal and procurement teams that also run vendor security reviews often buy LinkSquares alongside vendor risk and SOC 2 compliance automation, so check whether the contract repository needs to hand data to that process before you pay for integrations.
LinkSquares alternatives with published pricing
If the quote lands above budget, these are the tools buyers usually compare with LinkSquares. Prices come from vendor pages or recent third-party reviews, so check before you buy.

When LinkSquares is worth the price
LinkSquares is a serious product for in-house legal teams. If you have five or more lawyers, an archive of several thousand contracts and a general counsel who wants reports on clause positions across the whole portfolio, its AI analytics and reporting justify a five-figure budget.
Most US companies with 20 to 500 people sign a mix of vendor, customer and partner agreements, and one or two people own them. Their costly mistakes are auto-renewals nobody caught and notice windows that closed unnoticed. For them, contract tracking software that reads the dates from each signed PDF and alerts a named owner covers the real risk for a few hundred dollars a year. If you also negotiate on your own templates, our contract negotiation software page shows versions, approvals and e-signature on the same record.
How much does LinkSquares cost?
LinkSquares is quote only. Buyers pay a median of $31,000 a year according to Vendr's data on 152 purchases, with deals from $5,999 to $79,200 a year. Implementation, integrations and extra seats are usually priced on top, so the first year often costs noticeably more than the subscription.
Does LinkSquares publish its pricing?
No. The LinkSquares pricing page says CLM pricing is not one size fits all and lists the drivers: contract volume, users, modules, implementation and onboarding, and custom integrations. There are no plan prices or self-serve plans, so third-party purchase data is the best public reference.
What is the minimum price for LinkSquares?
The lowest LinkSquares deal Vendr has recorded is $5,999 a year, and HyperStart estimates entry packages at about $10,000 a year. Small teams should budget at least that, plus implementation, because LinkSquares does not sell a self-serve plan.
What are the LinkSquares modules?
LinkSquares is sold in modules. Analyze covers the post-signature side: repository, AI extraction of terms and dates, and reporting. Finalize covers drafting, intake, workflows, approvals and signature. You can license one or both, and the choice is one of the biggest drivers of the price.
What is a cheaper alternative to LinkSquares?
Cheaper alternatives with published pricing include AgreementSoftware from $49 a month, ContractSafe from about $450 a month and Concord from $499 a month. If your main need is a contract repository with AI extraction and renewal alerts, the lowest-priced option usually covers it.
